Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our coffee, lifestyle products, and merchandise, and we want you to love every purchase you make from www.belifestylecafe.com.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights, how to return items, and how refunds are processed.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with Irish and EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.

  • You must include a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used coffee and other perishable goods.

  • Gift cards or downloadable items.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

2. Returning an Item

To start a return, please contact us at becoffeesocial@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Details of the item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at becoffeesocial@gmail.com.
Include photos of the item and packaging so our team can resolve the issue quickly.
We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where applicable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where we made an error or the product was defective.

  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

We can exchange items of equal value if the requested product is in stock.
To arrange an exchange, please email becoffeesocial@gmail.com with your order details and the item you’d like instead.

6. Subscription Refunds

If you are subscribed to our Be. Coffee Subscription Service: You may cancel or pause your subscription anytime before the next billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded.
