We’re delighted to bring our premium coffee, lifestyle products, and merchandise directly to your door — wherever you are.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, delivery, and shipping times for all orders placed through www.belifestylecafe.com.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods, new product launches, or sales, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details if applicable.
2. Domestic Shipping (Ireland)
We proudly ship from Limerick, Ireland, to all locations across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Orders over a set amount (e.g., €50) may qualify for free delivery — keep an eye on our promotions for current offers.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international delivery to select regions.
Delivery times and costs vary by destination:

Rest of World: 10–20 business days
International customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply once the parcel reaches your country.
Be Lifestyle Café is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international couriers.
4. Delivery Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at becoffeesocial@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll track your shipment and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care when packaging every order.
If your items arrive damaged or if something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll replace or refund affected items as soon as possible.
6. Pre-Orders and Subscriptions
If you’ve purchased a Be. Coffee Subscription or pre-ordered a product, your order will be shipped according to the schedule stated on your order confirmation.
Subscription deliveries are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle and shipped promptly thereafter.
7. Click & Collect (Coming Soon)
We’re working on offering local collection options in Limerick for our Irish customers.
Once available, you’ll be able to select “Click & Collect” at checkout and pick up your order directly from our team.
